Admissions at CLA

Getting started at Community Learning Academy is simple. Whether you’re enrolling for the first time or need to withdraw, our admissions team is here to guide you through every step.

Registration Information

Registering your student at Community Learning Academy is simple and straightforward. Families can download and complete the registration form to provide all necessary information for enrollment, including student details, program selection, academic history, health information, and financial responsibility.

Important Registration Information

  • Registration Fee: $125 per student, non-refundable, due at the time of enrollment.

  • Programs Offered: High School Diploma, Credit Recovery, GED Preparation.

  • Tuition and Program Fees: High School $7,500 annually ($625 per quarter), Credit Recovery $45 per credit, GED $550.

  • Required Documents: Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, School Entry Health Exam, Transcripts/Report Cards.

  • Parent/Guardian Responsibility: Ensure all information is complete, accurate, and signed.

  • Submission: Completed forms should be submitted to the school office or uploaded digitally if available.

Withdrawal Information

If a student needs to withdraw from Community Learning Academy, families should complete the official Withdrawal Form. This ensures proper documentation, records release, and clarity on financial responsibilities.

Important Withdrawal Information

  • Withdrawal Notice: Must be submitted in writing by parent/guardian (or student if 18 or older).

  • Tuition & Fees: Tuition for the current quarter is non-refundable; registration fee is non-refundable.

  • Program Fees: Any unpaid Credit Recovery or GED fees remain the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian.

  • Records Release: Specify the school/institution where academic records should be sent.

  • Signatures: Required from parent/guardian (and student if 18+) to process withdrawal.
